How it works

Three steps. You can start this week.

  1. 1

    Pick a plan

Starter, Growth or Scale. It sets your priority in the queue, and you can change it anytime.

  2. 2

    Send your tasks

Tell us your first task in a 20-minute welcome call, then add as many as you like.

  3. 3

    Watch them ship

As capacity frees up we take your next task by priority. You review each one in your dashboard.

How the queue works.

We do not build a team for each client. One senior team works from one shared board, and your plan decides how soon your tasks are picked up.

  • 01

    One team, one board

Every subscriber's tasks join the same board. The team picks the next task whenever capacity frees up.

  • 02

    Your plan sets the priority

Scale tasks are taken first, then Growth, then Starter. Within a plan, first come, first served.

  • 03

One task of yours at a time

We build one task per client at a time, two on Scale, so no one fills the whole board.

  • 04

    Waits follow demand

When the board is busy, your next task can take longer to start. If you need speed, move up a plan.

  • 05

    Always visible

Your dashboard shows your position in the queue, what is being built and an estimated date.

  • 06

    Upgrade, pause or cancel

Change plans whenever you need, pause when your queue is empty, or cancel before your next billing date.

      Questions buyers ask.

      How does the subscription work?

You pay one flat monthly fee for a place in our work queue. Your tasks join the same board the whole team works from, and we take them as capacity frees up. Your plan sets your priority.

Do I get my own team?

No, and that is why it costs less. One senior team, backed by our AI delivery engine, works through a shared board. You are paying for priority in that queue, not for people reserved for you.

How long does a task take?

Once we start it, most tasks ship in 2 to 5 business days. What changes with demand and with your plan is how long a task waits before it starts. Your dashboard shows your position and an estimated date.

      What counts as a task?

One concrete deliverable: a landing page, a chatbot flow, an integration, an agent skill or a platform feature. Bigger projects are split into tasks and delivered one after another.

      Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Pause when you have nothing in the queue and keep the unused days for later, or cancel before your next billing date. There are no long contracts.

      Who owns the code?

You do. Code, prompts, evals and data are yours from day one.

      What is not included?

Third-party costs such as AI model usage, WhatsApp or phone lines, hosting and licenses. We bill them at cost or connect them to your own accounts.

Do you also build regular websites and web apps?

Yes. Company websites, web applications, client portals and SaaS platforms, with or without AI. Many clients start with a website or a platform and add chatbots and agents later, on the same codebase.

      Is our data safe?

We work inside your cloud or ours under contract, redact personal data before it reaches a model, respect per-user permissions and use model providers that do not train on your data.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Agents act within rules you approve. Anything risky, like payments, refunds or messages to key customers, waits for a person to approve it, and every action is logged so it can be reviewed. Actions that cannot be undone, like a payment or a sent email, are checked for duplicates before they run.

Which AI models do you use?

Whatever fits the job: Claude, GPT, Gemini or open models. We compare them on your own test set for quality, cost and speed, and switch when a better one ships.

Do you work outside the United States and Colombia?

Yes. We work remotely in English and Spanish, on US time zones, with companies across the Americas and Europe.
